Our Third Annual University Fair will be on February 11, 2026. Universities, please click here to sign up by November 1, 2025 to attend. Students and parents, stay tuned for more information as this event is open to Brewster families and the wider Madrid Community.
This is an opportunity to connect with our own Brewster students and the wider community of Madrid! Our team does door to door marketing with event flyers to both public and international schools as we open our gates to the community. If you arrive early or stay later, we can help coordinate visits to other schools to help you maximize your trip.
Note: We are a historic site in the city center of Madrid with limited spacing, thus capping our fair due to safety regulations. However, this boutique size also helps maximize the quality of conversations with students and families. Last year we had a wait list, so we encourage you to sign up early!
Tentative Schedule:
Morning: Participate in our optional career workshops for students as a speaker, attend our optional visit to our NEW Brewster La Moraleja campus with transportation provided, or attend visits at other schools; we can help coordinate that for you with other schools. (Or you can use this morning to rest or sight see!)
13:15-14:00: - Arrival - Refreshments Available; Table Set Up.
14:30 - 15:30: University Fair (Brewster Madrid Students)
15:30 - 16:45: University Fair Open to All Students - Brewster Campuses, International Schools, Public Schools
17:00-19:30: University Rep Networking Reception - Connection Time with Counselors from Other Schools
Please confirm your attendance by November 1, 2025. Payments are due by December 1, 2025 (invoices will be sent upon confirmation of attendance with options to pay by credit card/bank transfer).
